One-Stop Solution for Sintered Mesh
NAVI Titanium manufactures sintered wire mesh by stacking multiple layers of woven metal wire mesh and bonding them together through controlled high-temperature vacuum sintering. During the sintering process, contact points between the individual mesh layers form metallurgical diffusion bonds, transforming the separate layers into an integrated rigid porous structure.
Compared with conventional woven wire mesh, NAVI Titanium sintered wire mesh offers higher mechanical strength, better dimensional stability and improved resistance to pressure, impact and elevated-temperature operating conditions. The firmly bonded mesh layers help maintain a stable pore structure during filtration and processing, providing reliable structural performance for demanding industrial applications.

The filtration performance of sintered wire mesh is mainly determined by its filtration layer. Fluid passes through the interconnected openings within the metal mesh structure, while particles larger than the controlled opening size are retained on or within the filtration layer. By combining mesh layers with different wire diameters and mesh counts, sintered wire mesh can balance filtration accuracy, flow capacity and mechanical strength.
