  • Highly Customized Products: Sintered metal powder filter products are mainly manufactured based on customers' specific requirements. Each product specification requires a dedicated mold, and the mold cost is relatively high.
  • High Sintering Process Costs: The sintering process involves significant energy consumption. The electricity charge alone for a single sintering furnace cycle is approximately USD 300–450.

Due to the above factors, sample production costs are relatively high. However, as a large-scale manufacturer, we receive a considerable number of sample orders.
