NAVI Titanium titanium bolt combines the low density, high specific strength, and corrosion resistance of titanium with precision CNC machining. Designed for performance-oriented mechanical applications, they are available in commercially pure titanium and titanium alloys, with different grades selected according to strength, weight, corrosion resistance, and service requirements. Bolts, screws, nuts, studs, washers, and other custom fasteners can be manufactured by NAVI Titanium according to drawings, samples, dimensions, and thread specifications. Motorcycle and e-bike components are one of the key application areas, particularly where weight reduction, precise fit, and reliable fastening are important.

Solutions of NAVI Titanium
The products are used where conventional steel hardware may add unnecessary weight or provide limited corrosion resistance. Compared with many common metallic fastening materials, titanium offers a lower density while maintaining useful mechanical strength, making it suitable for applications where structural weight and component performance need to be considered together.

NAVI Titanium provides CNC-machined bolts and related fastening components in multiple titanium grades. Product dimensions, thread specifications, head configurations, tolerances, surface conditions, and other details can be adapted to the customer's requirements. For motorcycle manufacturers, parts suppliers, distributors, and engineering projects, the combination of titanium material and precision machining provides a practical option for lightweight fastening assemblies.

Application
Titanium bolts are widely used in motorcycle modification and performance components where weight reduction, corrosion resistance, and reliable fastening are important. Common applications include engine assemblies, frames, braking systems, exhaust components, suspension parts, and exterior accessories. In addition to bolts, titanium nuts, washers, studs, and other CNC machined fasteners can be supplied as matching components. These parts are suitable for racing motorcycles, street bikes, off-road models, touring motorcycles, and custom builds.
In motorcycle engine and chassis assemblies, titanium bolts can be used for selected fastening points where reduced weight and corrosion resistance are valued. Typical examples include engine covers, mounting brackets, footpeg assemblies, frame accessories, and other non-critical structural attachments. Titanium nuts and washers can be matched with the bolts to create a consistent lightweight fastening system. For modified motorcycles, CNC machining allows the dimensions, thread size, length, head shape, and surface finish to be adjusted according to drawings, samples, or existing component dimensions. This flexibility is useful for replacement parts, racing preparation, restoration projects, and personalized builds requiring specific fitment or visual details. Custom studs and spacers can also be developed for compatible assemblies, helping customers maintain consistent specifications throughout the installation. This approach supports both individual replacement requirements and larger production programs for motorcycle component manufacturers and aftermarket suppliers. Production can follow agreed technical drawings and specifications.

Braking, Exhaust, Suspension, and Body Hardware

Titanium fasteners are also suitable for motorcycle braking, exhaust, suspension, and body accessories, including selected caliper mounting locations, exhaust brackets, heat shields, fairings, guards, and exposed hardware. Titanium offers a lower density than conventional steel and good resistance to moisture, road salt, and many corrosive conditions, making it useful for selected external components. NAVI Titanium can supply titanium bolts together with nuts, studs, washers, and other CNC machined parts. Custom sizes, thread forms, head configurations, and finishes can be produced to match the motorcycle design and installation requirements. Parts can also be manufactured as coordinated sets for cleaner assembly and consistent appearance. For specialized projects, drawings, samples, or dimensional specifications can be used as references for production. This makes the range suitable for both individual upgrades and repeat orders where dimensional consistency and interchangeable components are important. Each configuration can be reviewed before production.

Titanium Bolts Manufacturing Process
01 Material Selection & Cutting
Titanium bar or rod is selected according to the required grade, with Gr1, Gr2, and Gr5 commonly used for bolts. The incoming material is checked for grade, size, and surface condition before production. It is then cut into blanks according to the required bolt length, with a suitable machining allowance reserved for subsequent turning, threading, and finishing operations. Each batch is identified for material traceability throughout production.

02 CNC Turning
The prepared blanks are processed on CNC lathes to form the bolt shank, outer diameter, overall length, shoulders, chamfers, and other cylindrical features. Cutting tools and machining parameters are selected according to titanium's characteristics to control heat generation and maintain dimensional accuracy. Key dimensions are checked during machining to ensure consistency between individual blanks and meet the specified tolerances.

03 Head & Drive Machining
The bolt head is machined according to the approved design. CNC turning or milling can produce hexagonal, socket head, button head, countersunk, and other configurations. Drive recesses, head profiles, radii, chamfers, and customized features are machined according to drawings or samples. Critical head dimensions are checked during machining to ensure proper fit and consistent appearance.

04 Thread Machining
Threads are produced according to the specified diameter, pitch, thread type, and tolerance. CNC thread cutting, tapping, or other suitable methods may be used depending on the bolt design. Thread starts, ends, and relief areas are carefully processed to support accurate engagement and reliable assembly. Thread dimensions are checked with appropriate gauges to verify fit and consistency before the bolt moves to the finishing stage.

05 Deburring & Surface Finishing
After machining, burrs and sharp edges are removed from the head, threads, and other machined areas. Bolts are then cleaned to remove machining residues and surface contaminants. Depending on the application and appearance requirements, polishing, blasting, or suitable titanium anodizing can be applied. The finished surface is visually inspected to ensure a clean and consistent appearance.
