NAVI Titanium ducati titanium bolts replace rust-prone OEM steel with Grade 5 Ti-6Al-4V - 45% lighter, rust-free, and rolled-threaded for the vibration a desmo engine and dry clutch actually produce, with heads pre-drilled for safety wire and Torx or hex drives to match your machine. Built in our own ISO 9001:2015 certified lines since 2008, and configured against Ducati OEM positions across Panigale, Streetfighter, Monster, Multistrada and classic desmoquattro models, with per-heat mill certificates, thread gauge reports and a position-by-position torque card in every kit. Caliper mounts, fork clamps, steering and suspension linkage stay OEM - we will tell you that plainly. Send your model, year and variant, and get a fitment-checked quote within 24 hours.
Solutions of NAVI Titanium

NAVI Titanium applies precision-finishing expertise to lightweight fastening workpieces for electric off-road motorcycles, with attention to alloy selection, machining accuracy, head configuration, load distribution, and assembly compatibility. Ducati titanium bolts is commonly considered where high specific strength and corrosion resistance are important.

Quick Fit Check
Ducati titanium bolts tend to be specific about what they want and equally specific about what they will not touch. Here is exactly where titanium hardware makes sense on a Ducati, and where you should keep the factory fastener.
1. Hardware that survives coastal air, winter salt and outdoor storage
Ducati bodywork and case fasteners are commonly black-oxide or zinc-plated steel, and they begin to bloom with rust after a single wet season - most visibly at the belly pan, radiator shrouds and swingarm plates. Titanium forms a self-repairing passive oxide layer, so there is no plating to chip, no rust to seize into the case, and no stripped socket head at the next service.
2. Weight reduction in positions where it matters most
Grade 5 titanium runs at 4.43 g/cm³ against steel at roughly 7.85 g/cm³, so replacement hardware is about 43–45% lighter by volume. On a Ducati, the highest-value positions are high and central: desmodromic valve covers, engine covers, bodywork sets and subframe-area fittings. Ducati itself treats titanium as a factory-grade material - the Multistrada V4 RS ships with a titanium rear subframe ex-works - which is the clearest possible statement that the material belongs on this platform.

3. Track and race preparation that requires safety wiring
Most track-day and race technical regulations require safety wire on brake caliper, disc, banjo, drain plug and oil filler fasteners. We machine heads with pre-drilled wire holes at 0.8 / 1.0 / 1.2 mm and lighten the heads where the application allows, so the bolt arrives ready to wire rather than needing a bench drill and a prayer.
4. Dry clutch and high-vibration positions
Dry-clutch Ducatis - the Panigale V4 RS, Multistrada V4 RS, and classics such as the 916, 996, 998 and Monster S4R - transmit more vibration and radiated heat to their covers than wet-clutch machines. Cover fasteners in those positions benefit most from titanium's fatigue behaviour and its resistance to corrosion-driven seizure.
5. Desmodromic valve cover service work
Desmo valve trains are serviced far more often than the average engine, which means the cover fasteners come out and go back in repeatedly.
Titanium with a proper anti-seize treatment keeps its thread form and socket geometry across dozens of service cycles, where plated steel tends to corrode at the shank and round off at the head.
6. Detail-led road bikes and show builds
Raw titanium, PVD black, gold, blue and rainbow finishes hold their appearance far better than anodised aluminium, which fades under UV and workshop cleaners. Matching your finish to the frame or rearsets is straightforward.
7. Distributors who need a repeatable product line
Consistent heat lots, repeatable thread gauging and per-batch documentation make Ducati titanium kits viable as a stocked SKU family rather than a one-off custom run - model-specific parts lists included.

Fitment verification: send your exact model, model year, variant (base / S / R / RS / Pikes Peak) and a photo of the positions you want to replace. We confirm thread size, pitch and length against your machine before the order is released, and we will tell you outright if a position should stay with the OEM fastener. If we get a fitment wrong, the affected fasteners are replaced at our cost.
FAQ
Q: Will titanium bolts seize in my Ducati's aluminium or magnesium engine cases?
+
-
A: Titanium is more noble than aluminium and magnesium, so the galvanic concern is real - but in practice galling during assembly is the bigger risk. With the correct anti-seize compound on every thread, titanium hardware releases cleanly years later, including after heat cycling.
Q: Can I replace the Brembo radial caliper mounting bolts with titanium?
+
-
A: We do not recommend it, and we will not sell a titanium substitute for that position. Caliper mounting is a safety-critical, high-load joint with a Ducati-specified grade and torque. Keep the OEM fastener unless a qualified engineer has approved the substitution for your exact application.
Q: Do you supply safety-wired bolts for track use?
+
-
A: Yes. Heads can be pre-drilled at 0.8, 1.0 or 1.2 mm, drilled on a fixture so the holes align across a set. Tell us your technical regulation and we will supply the kit accordingly.
Q: My bike is a dry-clutch model - which kit fits best?
+
-
A: Dry-clutch models benefit most from the Dry Clutch Cover Kit plus the Desmodromic Valve Cover Kit. The combination covers the two highest-vibration, highest-heat positions that also see the most service work.
Q: Will titanium hardware affect my Ducati warranty?
+
-
A: Replacing non-structural cosmetic and cover fasteners with correct-grade equivalents is a common owner modification, but warranty rules vary by market and dealer. If a claim is a concern, ask your dealer before fitting, and keep the original fasteners so the machine can be returned to standard.
