Manufacturing Facility 

 

  • Advanced Manufacturing Facilities: NAVI Titanium operates a central laboratory (2,800 m²) and various production workshops, including facilities for substrate processing and forming (5,900 m²), coating preparation (15,500 m²), forging and ring rolling (11,000 m²), and precision machining (7,400 m²).
  • Integrated Production Capabilities: NAVI Titanium is equipped with five industrial-grade hot-air circulation trolley furnaces, two 4,500-ton hydraulic presses, 10,000 sets of electro-catalytic oxidation equipment, and over 60 other units, including oxidation systems, drying and annealing furnaces, shearing, pressing, and bending machines. These facilities establish a complete production chain covering melting, forging, rolling, precision machining, surface treatment, and inspection.

  • R&D and Quality Testing Capabilities: NAVI Titanium operates an enterprise technology center and a physicochemical testing laboratory equipped with direct-reading spectrometers, universal testing machines, metallographic microscopes, ultrasonic flaw detectors, and coordinate measuring machines (CMMs), enabling in-house, comprehensive testing of chemical composition, mechanical properties, non-destructive testing (NDT), and metallographic microstructure.

  • Titanium Anodes and Sintered Filters: NAVI Titanium covers the production and sales of MMO titanium anode and sintered titanium, including ruthenium-, iridium-, and platinum-based titanium anodes and lead dioxide anodes, as well as the processing and manufacturing of sintered filters products; the annual production capacity for DSA-coated titanium anodes is 172,000 square meters.

  • Electrochemical Equipment and Related Products: NAVI Titanium manufactures and supplies specialized equipment, including electrocatalytic oxidation systems, for applications in water and wastewater treatment, metal electrowinning and extraction, electroplating, the chlor-alkali industry, and cathodic protection.

Starting from titanium material processing and application development, our company has continuously expanded its technical capabilities, production capacity, and engineering expertise through years of innovation and experience accumulation.
